I'd really love to use scriptrunner again, but the EULA has some of the biggest red flags I've ever seen, especially regarding liability, unitlaterally changing terms and conditions, security and indemnity. Our legal team could never agree to these...

I've been using ScriptRunner since 2018 and have built many custom Jira solutions with it, primarily using listeners, post functions, conditions, and workflow customizations. One thing I particularly like is the introduction of HAPI. It has made scripting much simpler and more readable compared to working directly with the Jira APIs, allowing me to implement solutions faster and maintain them more easily.
