SR support is par-to-none. They always go above and beyond when it comes to responding and providing solutions. One thing to mention is - as Atlassian is pushing everyone to Cloud, SR should start reviewing its Cloud v/s DC and start figuring out a way to extend its DC capabilties to Cloud. It would be nice.

Terrible Support. We have built our integration with Service Now using scriptrunner. Our operations relies highly on it and after some time, all scripts stopped working out of nowhere. When reaching out to support, only got unproductive responses to gain time and no interest to solve the issue.
