Jira records every field change, but finding out who changed what means digging through each issue's history. Issue History turns that record into something you can read.
On every issue, the Issue History panel lists field changes newest first: author, time, field, and the before and after values. Long text edits come with a focused word-level diff showing exactly which words were added or removed.
The Issue History Report covers many issues at once: enter a JQL query and it builds one table of field changes across the matching set, with date and field filters and a one-click CSV export for Excel and Google Sheets.
Prefer to just ask? The Issue History agent in Rovo chat answers "what changed recently on this issue?" with live Jira data, and its tools are available to your own Rovo agents.
The app is read-only and shows data as the asking user, so people only ever see issues they can already view. Ideal for team leads, auditors, and anyone who has ever asked "who changed this?"
