Hello, When I click on the app, I am met with a blank page and some loading issue asking me to contact support. I havent gotten a reply for this yet.

I like this app. It's sufficient for basic needs. You will most likely need to create something on your own if your team requires more sophisticated solutions. But new features are added, app is being deleveped what is very important. Of course, there is room for improvement. Some of the teams I worked with quit Tempo because it lacked capabilities that were essential to them. But overall I can recommend Timesheets, it's very simple and intuitive to track your time and generate reports.

I have been using the Tempo plugins for many years now, and so far, I haven’t found a better plugin for Jira than the ones from Tempo.
