    In Atlassian platform we have different user quantities per product. The products are: Confluence, Jira Service Desk & Jira Software. Not all Confluence users are Jira Software users. However the billing of this plug-in uses the total Confluence users generating a high cost which makes me not to hire this service.

    If I understand you correctly you have more licenses for Confluence than you do for Jira Software. According to this site, addon licenses for Jira should match your license for Jira software not Confluence.

    Overall a decent product but the ratio between uptime and downtime has been shameful as of late. Quite annoying as we put our trust in Temo when it comes to logging hours and sending out bills. We are literally losing money because of these reliability issues.

    1.Performance problem: In our instance ,there are 300 thousand issues, and every users can view all the issue.In Custom Report view ,if anyone cancel the item in "filter by" ,then it return the result of all issues, jira server getting very slow. Please add feature like jira config "Disable empty JQL queries" 2.BUG: In our instance,there 8 thousand filter,In Custom Report view, i want to set the filter,but i can't find it for it only Load 1 thousand items. "Showing 10 of 1000 items"

    Hi guys, Sorry, but the new version 9.0 just forced me to write a negative review, removing features like JQL support in reports, showing plans in grid mode, account approval, etc. together with changing the UI to be more fancy but less usable is a huge MINUS... version 8.0 was way better in many ways!     I do know that a representative from Tempo has reached out to you for more information regarding your impressions. Hopefully that will have yielded some positive results for you.

    I would like to mention that in the subsequent releases we have addressed some of the points you mentioned e.g.

    • JQL is supported in our dedicated Reports section. There you can filter by what ever saved JQL filter you have access to similar to what was possible in the user reports in previous Tempo timesheet versions. What has also been implemented in the My Work timesheet in version 9.4 is a feature allowing you to see the issue lists configured in the My Work Issues side panel in your Timesheet view. This will allow you to use your User Timesheet to track time on issues that are relevant to you. The issue lists will enable you to view issues in your Timesheet even though you have not logged time on them.
    • Also, we are currently assessing the opportunity to build more support for approval workflows with the objective to solve more complicated approval use cases, for example approvals on the project or account level.

    We announced the changes that were released in Tempo Timesheets 9 here and have released some great additional features and improvements in the months since. Please take a look here for all announcements for our Server products.

    After upgrading the plugin version, I found some problems. The Time Tracking page is not displayed properly. I want to downgrade to the old version, but I can't downgrade it. People can't accept it.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
