    Blocker bug for the fourth time in 2 month - Tempo couldn't authorize in Jira - issue with get-jira-oauth-token. Support team is unable to fix this bug for 6 days and counting https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/TCS-22585 Get rid of it.

    My experience of this product is disasterous. There is no copying of duplicate time spent etc. Everything about it is a bad UI experience. It is making me question why companies are using this?

For example, you are able to copy a worklog card by pressing and holding the Alt key (for Windows) or the Command key (for Mac), and dragging and dropping the worklog to the desired date.     I'm new to using Tempo Timesheets but it has been used at our company for a long time. I, as a developer, use it to log work hours and tasks. It's very nice to be able to easily see which tasks I am tasked to do, how much time I've spent on them and to be able to see the overall status of all of the projects our company is working on. So far I have nothing but good things to say about this app. It's clean, simple and yet very extensive in what you can do with it. Great product all around!

    The time tracking part is excellent and easy to use by our team. Unfortunately, the UI for the accounts and pricing tables is a bit of a disaster. It's very hard to make changes to the simplest bit of data ... be it a pricing table, account information etc. It's also very hard to see the relationships between various pieces of information. We urge the developers to upgrade the administrative UI to make the whole process clear, crisp and understandable.

    Very good UI, but - You can not add custom fields in reports (PDF, printable view with custom fieldds for us are needed) - Export to PDF with cyrilic symbols (in issue's summary) is working not correctly. I see only ##########

    We have recently introduced our Idea Portal where we encourage our clients to leave feature requests for review and vote for ideas that are already submitted. Regarding the ability to report on Jira custom fields, there is an existing idea within the portal, https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-271, with the status of "Likely to implement".

    Lastly, we are currently looking into our internationalization capabilities and the idea of cyrillic characters would be part of this scope. It would be great if you add support of cyrillic characters in the idea portal.

    Tempo Timesheets was great until they released the "new look". Now, everything got worse. Besides of UI glitches, a lot of good functionality was dropped (o week sums and summary in time sheet, time sheet forgets the selected time interval every time it's opened, flexible sliding intervals (e.g. show from 20 last days till 3 next days) disappeared. Also the new time sheet consumes way more space. If I try to display a whole month, I need to scroll horizontally now. It's has now terrible UX and I start to hate the "new look" from day one. Edit: Thank you for reply. I have absolutely no understanding that the functionally is removed and will be "re-introduced" one day. If the "new look" is not finished yet, keep the old until it is or, at least, keep the old available until the new is ready. Least you can do is to make the old functionality (where we all have paid for!) available ASAP.

    Tempo Timesheets has helped to integrate the Atlassian products into our company. We have all 115 staff across 2 different locations using the 1 platform for task management and time tracking. The Planning function helps our team get an understanding of workloads and allows us to support our team members in achieving successful outcomes.     Hi Thanks for the new fantasy UI in all of the tempo plugins. Is it possible to change first day of the week in the date picker to Saturday or Sunday? I see this in Timesheet and gadget add-on before that have been acquired by tempo now. As Matt Kline says below I'm still didn't know the functionality of the planner besides timesheet and budget. If you have any materials eg Youtube link, Blogpost, Community question please share it with me.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new apps or Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Tempo Timesheets-Time Tracking & Reports via search. The appropriate app version appears in the search results.
