Unread Comments (for JSM) helps agents spot requests with unread activity and clear them fast. It adds:
- An “Unread Requests” queue with Unread-only / My issues filters, optional comment-count badges, pagination, and quick actions (Open issue, Mark as read).
- An agent-side issue panel that shows your last-seen time and latest public/internal activity, with optional auto mark-as-read on open.
