Unread Comments (for JSM) helps agents quickly spot and clear requests with new activity.

It adds an “Unread Requests” queue with:

Unread-only / All issues and “My issues” filters
Optional unread comment-count badges
Toggleable columns (Status, Reporter, Request type, Priority)
“Mark all visible as read” and project-level settings (days window, exclude Done, custom JQL)

An agent issue panel shows your last-seen time plus latest public/internal activity, with optional auto mark-as-read on open.

Only timestamps and lightweight preferences are stored in Forge – no comment bodies or issue content leave Jira.
