• GDPR: implemented Atlassian's Personal Data Reporting API. Stored account data is reported to Atlassian and automatically erased or refreshed when accounts are closed or changed.
• Real-time erasure when a Jira user is deleted.
• 30-day data retention with automatic purge of stale records; diagnostic logs redacted of personal data.
