Power Database Fields

Since the version 6 this plugin abandoned certain data field types and became absolute garbage, since it is now rendered useless. Many years of hard work by our departments, that relied too much on this plugin, were now destoryed by this plugin developer. After many years of usage (and paying a lot of money for it) we now have to abandon this sinking ship.

I usually don't praise things or people easily, but I’m definitely a fan of the software, the company, and the people who work there. I was initially confused by the number of add-ons available and needed to see if my use case could be achieved with any of them. I received a recommendation on the right product, step-by-step instructions for implementation, answers to follow-up questions that were beyond the original scope, and all of this was done within one day! Overall, just excellent support! Kudos!

Support of this plugin is great, all problems what we haved was resolved in short manner, we sometimes call with support for several hours and they helped us settle down all our problems what we haved.

We had an issue following a Jira upgrade. The support that we received from Appfire was excellent, exceeding typical Atlassian support by a mile. Opening a support case was easy. Responses to the case were consistently quick. Technical information provided by Anna Hryhoruk was well written. All my follow-up questions, even those that were *slightly* off-topic, were answered.
