Quick start:
- Install and go to Jira Settings → Apps → Incode Verification Settings
- Enter your Incode API credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, API Key, Integration Reference)
- Set delivery method (SMS or Email), link expiry, and map ticket statuses to verification outcomes
- Open a JSM service request and click the Incode Identity Verification panel
- Enter the employee's corporate email and select delivery method
- Employee receives a link and completes a liveness check and face match in seconds
- Result appears automatically — pass, fail, or review — with full audit trail
No workflow changes required. Verification history is stored inside the app panel.
