MR Dashboard for GitLab brings code review analytics into Jira. Connect a Jira project to a GitLab project or a whole group (subgroups included) - gitlab.com and self-hosted both supported. Setup takes minutes in Project settings: GitLab URL, a read-only token, a source from the searchable list. Connection diagnostics built in.

The dashboard detects stale merge requests and classifies each one:

Forgotten - assigned and left in silence
Churning - plenty of discussion, still not merged
Old - simply open for too long

Reviewer workload summary shows who is overloaded and which MRs have no reviewer, with per-person drill-down. Every MR has an activity timeline that reveals why a review stalled. Thresholds are tunable per project, filters persist per user, any view exports to CSV. The app reads GitLab with your read-only token, stores it encrypted in Forge storage, and never sends your data anywhere else.
