Three native Confluence macros for the records teams already keep by hand: a RACI matrix, a service review record and a service level targets table.
Free. Runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure: no OAuth scopes, no external calls, no data leaving the page. Each macro's data is saved in the page itself.
- RACI Matrix: start from any of 34 practice templates, or a blank grid. Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (or Supportive, for RASCI); advisory checks flag missing or shared accountability without blocking a draft.
- Service Review Record: RAG status, a KPI table and improvement actions with owner, due date and status, marked overdue against each reader's own local date.
- Service Level Targets: agreement type, separate service and support hours, a P1–P4 target ladder, and the clock basis each target runs to.
Exports to PDF and Word as a real table.
Does not do: cross-page reporting; spreadsheet import; phone-based configuration. Export page layout is Confluence's.
