Customize the tag cloud to focus on your context. E.g. only show tags of content that was recently updated, or edited by a specific user, in one or more Spaces.

    More details

The TagCloud Plugin is a fully-fledged replacement for the built-in Confluence tag cloud ("Popular Labels") implementation. It can be used instead of the listlabels-heatmap.action and the popular-labels macro featuring several useful additions compared to the default functionality.

    Dear Aleksandr,

the latest versions should fully work with Confluence 5.9 and 5.10. Just updated the compatibility in marketplace.

There is one wish, I would like to see implemented: Make some parameters of the global tagcloud configurable via plugin or admin configuration. We use tags a lot for caategorizing pages for certain page reports and would like to filter these tags & not display them in the global tagcloud. Otherwise, great plugin!!

Any chance to get this for Confluence 5.3.x/5.4.x?
    Siemens AG, Corporate Technology
Dear Thomas, I'm currently working on a version for 5.x. You can already use the {tagcloud} macro without problems in 5.x. There's only a minor known bug in the tagcloud.action, where the space filter menu is not populated correctly. You may use the macro, and disable the “Space Tagcloud” and “Global Tagcloud” plugin modules in the meantime. Best, Bernd

Thank you very much for this awesome plugin. The customisation options of the macro are spot on and cover all my needs. Sweet!

The add-on has one issue that I found. If a page contains this add-on, you are unable to export the page to a PDF

    Dear Dan,

the Tagcloud macro implements a special handling for PDF and Word exports to render correctly. Unfortunately this seems to be broken in newer Confluence versions. I'll provide a new add-on version as soon we fixed the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Update 2018-08-14: Bugfix version released.

    Best regards,

    Bernd

We really like this add-on. It also engages users to label pages properly. Unsupported is not really an issue when the development team provides updates. But it is not running on late versions anymore.

    Dear Ronald,

I just tested the add-on with the most recent Confluence version 6.7.1 and could not see specific problems. Thus I set compatibility to include 6.7.1.

If the add-on is not running in your environment, please send me an e-mail or (even better) place a question in https://community.atlassian.com to get a solution. What exactly is "not running"?

    Best regards,Bernd

Hi, i do not see a comment functionality, therefore I write down here my question: Why is it unspupported, what does it mean? Regards, Eric
    Was this review helpful?YesNo
    Siemens AG, Corporate Technology

    Dear Eric,

the add-on is free and open source, initially developed to fulfill our own requirements, and donated to the Atlassian community. For "supported" add-ons the vendor must provide SLAs like phone, web-based and/or email support to the end user customers, according to the Atlassian Marketplace Vendor Agreement. While we can't accomplish this formally, we try to provide bugfixes, feature and compatibility updates in a best-effort approach.

    Best regards,

    Bernd

Great! plugin. Suggestion: could it be possible to filter not only for spaces but also for pages and subpages? I would like to see all tags for a page and its subpages, not for the whole space. Thanks!
