Hi Jeff,
We are very sorry to hear that the app is not working for you. Would you be able to open a support ticket on our service desk with the details of your issue so that we can get to the bottom of it and resolve it?
Thank you very much!

A highly effective tool for automating complex transitions and checks beyond standard Jira capabilities. The support team is exceptional.

I recently assisted with a server to cloud migration which included this app. It is quite powerful in terms of its capability and the support is excellent! I wrote to ask a few questions and the first time, on both occasions, I received a thoughtful and super helpful response. I would highly recommend this app! Thanks again Jad!
