Statusdesk for Jira

Every team asks the same two questions in a retro: where did this ticket actually sit, and how long did it really take? The answer is already in Jira’s changelog, it is just not reachable.

What it does:

• Shows time in every status on the issue itself, with how often it re-entered each one
• Counts working time, not wall-clock: a Friday 16:00 ticket picked up Monday 10:00 is 2 hours, not 66
• Writes days-in-status, cycle time and a status summary into Jira fields you own, so JQL, filters, boards and automation can use them
• Refreshes untouched open issues daily, because “stuck for 6 days” grows with no issue event

Setup: create three custom fields, add them to your project, paste the ids. No credentials, no external service.

Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge, so nothing about your issues ever leaves Atlassian.
