Log attachments with level chips

Each log line is read for a level, and chips filter by level. The chips combine. The arrow beside ERROR jumps to the next error, and the count line keeps every level's total.

A 58.5 MB JSONL attachment opens on the page

Large attachments open from the first rows. The rest is read in byte ranges as you page, and the columns are sampled from the data, so an event log gets a table of its own fields.

Ask Rovo about a page attachment

The Lens Page Attachment Reader joins Rovo Chat. It reads a file attached to the open page and answers from it: the columns of a CSV, the error lines of a log, a summary of a workbook, the rows that mention a word.

More details

Someone attaches a 38 MB log to a Confluence page; the next person downloads it to read one line. The Data Lens macro opens it on the page as a table, so the file needs no download and leaves no local copy, while the page's permissions still apply.

It reads CSV, TSV, Excel, JSON, JSONL, Parquet, logs, text. Gzipped logs, JSONL, JSON and CSV too. Edit a CSV, TSV or Excel cell on the page; once you confirm, the file is saved as a new version with a comment naming the change, the earlier one kept.

With Rovo on the site, our agent answers questions about a file in Rovo Chat, with your permissions.

Runs on Atlassian with no vendor servers; your browser keeps only the theme, each file's view state, the evaluation notice's two counts and your answer to its one review prompt.

Free up to ten users. Past ten, every user is billed: USD 3.35 per user per month up to 100 users, less on larger sites, a year for the price of ten months, after a 30-day evaluation.

Summary
Excel cells edited on the page, saved as a new attachment version
Details

Excel cells can be edited on the page, the way CSV cells could since 3.0.0. Double-click a cell of an .xlsx sheet, type the value and press Enter; the pending bar counts the changes, and Apply lists every one beside the value the file holds. Nothing is written before Apply. The save is a new version of the attachment with a comment naming the change; the earlier version stays in the history, and only the edited cells change: every style, formula, chart and other sheet in the workbook is left as it was. A formula cell, a cell inside a merged range and a protected sheet are refused, each with a reason. Rows can be added at the end of a sheet. When the workbook holds formulas, Excel recomputes them the next time it opens the file.
