Custom Reports for Jira

Honestly, I was about ten minutes away from just building another messy pivot table in Excel when I decided to try this. Jira’s built-in gadgets are fine for the basics, but the second my manager asked for a report comparing cross-project progress with specific custom fields, I was stuck. What I like about this app is that it actually gets how messy Jira data can be. It took me few minutes to understand how the app works but once I understood, it saved me at least two hours of manual work a week.
