Built natively on Atlassian Forge, openRequestForm provides a lightweight solution for keeping Jira Service Management portal requests up to date. It automatically detects when attached forms or request updates are ready and refreshes the portal experience at the right moment. The app supports English, German, and Spanish, with English as the default fallback language. Project administrators can configure the preparation flow globally or for individual service desks and request types.
