Claervo PII Guard for Confluence

PII Guard is for site administrators and privacy officers who need to know what personal data and credentials are sitting in Jira work items and Confluence pages, and to remove them without exporting anything to a third-party service. Detection covers national ids for 13 countries, passports, IBAN, payment cards, emails, phones, private keys, AWS, GitHub, Slack, Stripe and Google keys, JWTs, passwords and generic secrets. Checksums and nearby keywords raise confidence; a minimum confidence and a hashed allowlist keep noise down; custom regular expressions cover employee or customer ids. Coverage: Jira summaries, descriptions, comments and custom text fields; Confluence titles, bodies and comments; scoped to the projects or spaces you choose. Redact, restrict, dismiss and bulk actions are all audited. Privacy by architecture: no remote backend, no analytics, no external calls; only masked samples, one-way hashes, item ids and timestamps are stored. Uninstalling removes everything.
