The risk views are available as gadgets, project tabs, versions tabs, component tabs and as a report.
The Risk Matrix

This is the default layout, but colors and size can easily be modified.
Each Risk View is defined by a template, that can be modified with only little developer skills.

The Add On is easy to configure and one can have it up running in minutes. However, one can also modify the configuration to match local requirements.

Risk Management for Jira helps your track, monitor and communicate your project risks.
The Add On risk definition: A Risk is the combination of the probability of a potential event and the consequence of the event.
The Add On identifies a Jira Issue as a risk by calculating the Risk Number (Risk Index) as the product of the probability (likelihood) of a potential event and the consequence (impact) of that event.
In a strictly formula the approach can be expressed as:
Risk Index = Risk Consequence x Risk Probability
The Risk fields are displayed in a traditional Risk Matrix.
However, the Add On comes with a variety of templates as well as a functionality to modify or even create your own templates.
