he app is extremely powerful and customisable. the support is knowledgeable and very kind. I had a problem, I could not see an image with <fo:external-graphic content-height="2.2em" src="url($xmlutils.escape($logoImageUrl))"/> and thanks to the support I converted the image to base64 <fo:external-graphic content-height="2cm" src="url(data:image/png;base64,BASE64STRING)"/>

The app is extremely powerful and customisable. We use it extensively for tailored exports of requirements specifications and test evidence using the embedded PDF attachments. The support is excellent and has been invaluable in resolving some issues that we've identified.

We had several problems with this plugin after migration of Jira to a new environment. With the fast, uncomplicated and very competent help of the engineers from Midori Support System we solved all issues within a few days. Many thanks for this help!
