    This is an much needed product/solution that has met the needs of our organization for years. When we migrated to the cloud we had some issues installing the application so I opened a support case and the quick response from Aron Gombas was greatly appreciated and contributed to the success of our migration!     We use JIRA as our Customer Management Solution. We needed a way to form a contract based on the JIRA-issue information (each JIRA issue represent as customer). We were able to achieve exactly what we wanted with Better PDF Exporter for Jira ! It does need some customization with the code, but Midori's support team works really well and fast to help with customization issues.

    We use the add-on to create invoices from our incidents- and request-tickets in Jira. Recently we made an update from Jira and we are getting some character display issues. Some special characters are not displayed correctly. Because this PDF's are generated within the use of 3 add-ons it was really difficult to find out, where the problem lays. But the Midori support made a special effort and has communicated with other partners to find a solution, altough it seemed that the Better PDF Exporter is working. That effort was simply great!

    Been using this add-on for nearly 3 years now and it's been a crucial tool for generating reports for our business. Lots of out of the box scenarios that can be used without any additional configuration, but also lots of tools and help guides to enable more advanced bespoke customisation. Support has always been great, and most recently a question around modifying what data can be displayed from a Dashboard report, Ferenc was very prompt and extremely helpful in getting that resolved for us within a few days. Highly recommended!

    Our company is using Better PDF Exporter for a while now, recently we got asked by one of our colleagues to have a different PDF view than the ones we had already set up in JIra. As a Jira system admin, I have never done that before and reached out to Midori's support team who have helped me out. Not only did they reply really fast but they have also provided me a bulletproof guide that helped me quickly enable what our colleague (and probably many other users!) needed. It was easier than I thought and works like a charm. Thanks for the great support!

    With Better PDF Exporter we can create quick documents with variables from tickets like mailaddresses or names. We export data like mailadresses or usernames out of a ticket into one of our custom templates which we can hand over to our coworkers instantly. Exporting with these custom templates works great.

    Better PDF Exporter for Jira is one of the best plugins you could possibly have. It is a powerful plugin to export issue details to PDF using various templates. We use it for creating PDF documents for HR-onboarding and our order management. The customization possibilities of the PDF are excellent because they are done via scripting.

    Used this extensively in the past with great results. Very happy with the product and the control it gives us. Templates have a little bit of a learning curve but are very flexible and give us different options for all the use cases we have.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Yes. Academic, community, and open source licenses are available to qualifying organizations. See our Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for more information.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    4. Locate Better PDF Exporter for Jira via search. The appropriate app version appears in the search results.
    5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Better PDF Exporter for Jira. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Better PDF Exporter for Jira begins to download.
    6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
    7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Jira instance.
