Enhancer Plugin for Jira

Enhancer Plugin was chosen in our organization to provide us readings for issue ageing (closed and active issues) which measures 2nd line DEV monthly and yearly KPI. Intuitive configuration, superb support and a development team very accessible when it comes to adding new features or improving current ones. Truly a must have. Keep up the good work, guys ;)

This plugin, along with an ITIL workflow and the issue collectors, gives us very nice Helpdesk / SLA features without major additionnal costs. The worklow extensions are also very useful. The author is very responsive when it comes to new features or bug resolution.

We have been using this plugin for over 3 years for workflow extensions and custom fields. It is a must have if you need to create custom fields. Now we have bundled it with Time to SLA plugin from same vendor as we needed more SLA functions. Extremely satisfied with both.

A long time used add-on for me but i've question : are all functionalities of "Time To SLA" add-on included in this add-on ?

  Enhancer Plugin for JIRA provides only basic SLA features, where 'Time to SLA' addon is only focused on SLA tracking.

  At first glance, Time to SLA addon has reports and gadgets, JQL functions, SLA Notifiers, and much more.

This is very good plugin with very good support. The provider is keen to quickly develop and deploy new requests. While evaluation there was only one bug which has been resolved quickly as well.
