Enhancer Plugin for Jira

We're loving this plugin. It's helped us to form solutions in Jira for our Service Desk projects by allowing us to create great filters for assignment group selections, and also calculation fields for resolution times against our team calendars (business hours) vs. real-time. Support is outstanding as well. The team is fast to provide assistance when submitting tickets which is always appreciated.
