Page-Restriction Governance sweeps your Confluence site in resumable batches, inventories every directly-restricted page with its view/edit holders (users and groups), flags orphan restrictions naming deactivated accounts, and tracks drift — restrictions added, removed, or changed since the previous scan — with audit-ready CSV export including coverage stats. Partial sweeps are always labeled; API failures never masquerade as an empty inventory. Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge inside your Confluence Cloud tenant — no external servers, no data egress.
