Multi-Level Cascading Select

We have used the Multi-Level Cascading Select by Sourcesense in Data center for more that 6 years and it has been working very well for us. We are happy to use the Multi-Level Cascading Select by Sourcesense in the cloud and the migration support to the cloud has been great. Kind regards, Mpho

Regrettably, the functionality is limited to Jira and does not extend to Jira Service Management. The fields remain invisible on the Customer Portal, hindering the ability to assess the captured information.

If you're migrating to cloud, most likely will notice a limitation if you're trying to import a json file that is larger than 128kb. Support is not responsive at all, they let you hanging without a response for days, you're best of using Jira's built-in field.

The plugin works better on the server compared to the cloud, There is a limit of 128 kb for all field data in the Cloud. Adding options to the field is not easy and the plugin is botchy. I recommend using the native cascading field in JIRA field rather than using this plugin. Support is sub-par and they don't have an active ticketing portal to submit issues with the app.
