Manage Jira attachments and file uploads with Yaba File Field for Jira.
Create dedicated Jira custom fields for single or multiple files. Upload local files or select existing issue attachments. Add files in Multiple mode without replacing previous selections, and download or remove individual files.
Administrators can configure file sources, maximum file count, file size, extensions, and MIME types.
Restricted mode provides additional permission-based access controls for supported agent workflows and is not available in the JSM customer portal.
In Jira Service Management, Standard mode supports customer file uploads during request creation, with file viewing and downloads on request view. Agents can use supported issue views and transition screens.
Local uploads use Atlassian Forge storage. Clearing a saved field removes its files; original Jira attachments remain.
