See at a glance whether a prompt is current
Every registered page shows its version beside the byline, and Edited when someone has changed it since that version was recorded. Nobody has to ask whether the copy they found is the one that works.
Copy the prompt, not the whole page
One button copies only what sits under the heading ‘The prompt’, after the reader confirms they will paste it only into a permitted tool, with permitted inputs. Every copy is recorded against its version.
Cite the processes and systems each asset uses
Record which processes each prompt, agent, skill or workflow is used with, and which systems it touches, with its access to each. Rename a process once and every asset citing it shows the new name.

Record each AI asset’s risk tier and up to 10 evidence links, now also when you register or edit it. Choose the spaces where Register as AI Asset appears. Ask for a tool from the registration form. When you record who approved a version, you now choose the person instead of typing a name. Download the register as CSV. New in Setup: Organizational oversight, for the AI assets your business depends on.
A site admin needs to accept one new permission, write:space:confluence. The app uses it to hide Register as AI Asset in the spaces you don’t choose. Until it is accepted, your site keeps running the version it has.
