Which projects can this group reach?
Jira shows a scheme, not the projects behind it. This turns the question round: one row per group, role or person, the permissions it carries and the projects it reaches - the list the scheme editor never gives you.
Find the few grants that were chosen
A small Jira site already carries about 300 permission grants. Two were decided by a person; the rest is what Jira ships with every scheme. Only the chosen ones can be wrong, and this app separates them.
See people, not group names
«The group contractors can administer this project» is half an answer. This report names the people who hold the permission on each project, and which group put them there - deactivated accounts included.

More details
Built on Atlassian Forge: the app runs inside Atlassian's own infrastructure, and there is no server of ours anywhere. It holds no write scope, so it cannot change anything in Jira - it reads configuration and shows it back to you.
The report and both exports, CSV and Excel, are built in your browser. The only thing kept between visits is the baseline used to show what changed since your last review, and it holds counts, not names.
Language: English.
Support is by email, answered by the developer who wrote the app.

Version 2.4.0•for Jira Cloud
- Release date
- Aug 22nd 2026
- Summary
- Every group now shows the projects it reaches, not just the scheme.
- Details
New: an «On projects» column. Every group, role or person in the report now shows the projects it actually reaches, not just the permission scheme it was granted in - which is the question people actually ask. The column appears on the page, in the CSV and in the Excel workbook.
Projects the scan cannot read are attributed to nobody rather than guessed, and the page shows the first six projects with a count while the exports keep every one of them.
No new permissions or scopes: the app reads nothing it did not already read.
