Cindy SobusOur company recently transitioned our hosted TFS4JIRA instance to a DMZ domain, which resulted in functionality issues with the application. We opened a support ticket with Appfire, and I’d like to commend their team—particularly Khairul Azuan Ariffin—for their outstanding support throughout the process.
Khairul was highly engaged and provided detailed, timely information. At one point, we held a joint meeting involving our network engineers and the Appfire team to investigate the issue further. Following that, Appfire conducted a deeper analysis and ultimately identified the root cause.
After receiving additional details from our side, the Appfire team returned with clear, step-by-step instructions for our network team to implement. Thanks to their guidance, the TFS4JIRA synchronizer is now functioning correctly, and all previously missing mappings are visible. We were also able to resume adding new synchronization profiles, which had been blocked until the fix was applied.
This was a complex issue, and the resolution required collaboration, persistence, and technical expertise. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and dedication shown by the Appfire support team. Thank you to everyone who contributed to identifying the cause and delivering a successful resolution.
