Three permissions. Your data stays in Jira
The app only asks to read and write work items and to store its templates.
It stores no personal data, sends nothing outside Atlassian and qualifies for Runs on Atlassian.

- Rich text templates, edited in the Atlassian editor
- Several templates per work type. Mark one as the default for automatic fill-in
- Scope templates to all projects or selected projects and work types
- Variables: {{reporter}}, {{assignee}}, {{project}}, {{issueType}}, {{issueKey}}, {{today}}
- Never overwrites text someone has written. Automatic fill-in only runs when the description is empty
- Service projects only get automatic templates when you select them explicitly
Good to know: automatic templates are added right after the work item is saved, usually within a few seconds. They are not shown inside Jira’s create dialog. Everyone who can use Jira can read templates, so don’t put confidential information in them.
