Daniel MichaelOne of the biggest things I have seen across Jira projects is that Jira does a great job tracking the work, but it does not always make the accountability behind the work clear.
That is really what AgileARC is built to solve.
It gives teams one place to see the activities that matter, the people, roles, and teams involved, and who is Accountable, Responsible, or Consulted. The Golden Rule is probably the most important part for me because every activity should have one clear Accountable owner. That makes gaps and conflicting ownership much easier to see before they become delivery problems.
What I like about AgileARC is that it stays focused. It is not trying to replace Jira or become another project management tool.
Jira tracks the work. AgileARC tracks accountability.
