Teams can map activities across Portfolio, ART, and Team levels, assign Accountable, Responsible, and Consulted ownership, and validate whether every activity has exactly one Accountable owner.

AgileARC is intentionally simple: Jira tracks the work, AgileARC tracks accountability. The app includes an ARC Register matrix, Golden Rule validation, coverage, gaps, conflicts, role load, project-scoped persistence, admin-controlled register customization, Restore Original, and non-admin A/R/C assignment editing.
