Sphior Ledger is a Jira configuration governance app built on Atlassian Forge and certified Runs on Atlassian — zero external egress. There is no external API, storage, or analytics; every snapshot, diff, and evidence pack stays inside your Atlassian tenant.
It captures every change to your workflows, workflow schemes, permission schemes, custom fields, projects, and screens. A SHA-256 hash chain makes the audit ledger tamper-evident and independently verifiable. You get field-level diffs, blast-radius dependency analysis (see what a change affects before you act), honest actor attribution (shown as "Unknown" when the audit log can't confirm — never guessed), and one-click evidence pack ZIPs that auditors verify with no access to your instance. Plus a health dashboard, checkpoints, configurable retention, and a redacted diagnostic export.
Rollback, periodic access reviews, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / J-SOX control mapping are planned for a future Advanced edition.
