Dependency Exceptions: Link Audit for Jira

Jira dependencies can look healthy in ordinary issue views while blocker links use the wrong relationship, linked issues are inaccessible, or cross-project dependencies violate team policy. Dependency Exceptions gives Jira admins one focused dependency audit queue so they can decide which issue links need attention before plans drift.

Select a project and Scan dependencies. Review Blocks and is blocked by relationships, wrong-link-type findings, unavailable linked-issue signals, and cross-project policy exceptions. Use the source and target issue references to investigate each result and make an explicit dependency governance decision.

The app runs on Atlassian Forge and uses the current user’s Jira permissions. Scans are read-only: there are zero automatic edits to issues, links, projects, or workflows. Findings are review signals, not automatic cleanup instructions.
