Eleven kinds of items, one field type
- Create as many fields as you need from a single type, then configure each to show Jira statuses, work types, priorities, resolutions, spaces, workflows, screens, custom fields, users or roles — or Confluence spaces.
Pickers that look like Jira
- Items render as Jira renders them: coloured status lozenges, work type and priority icons, space avatars. Lists load live, narrow as you type, and group sensibly.
Values your automation can use
- A choice is stored as structured data, not text. Rules read {{issue.customfield_10123.name}}; JQL queries "Requested Status.Name" = "In Progress".
Useful for access requests
- Users can pick a role or Confluence space they are not yet in, so "add me to Developers" becomes a request automation can fulfil. Fields display on the JSM Portal
