Simple and intuitive UI, everything you need on one screen. I think that’s definitely the best way to summarize my experience using Mria CRM. Leads, Deals, Companies, Contacts, and Products all in one place – integrated, visible at a glance, and one click away. But what makes Mria CRM particularly remarkable is how it integrates CRM and everyday work naturally within the Atlassian ecosystem. Manage tasks, notes and meetings, upload files and link CRM information directly to Jira work items and Confluence pages. Sales, presales, and sales support teams may work with the customer context without having to constantly switch tools. And what does a sales manager or a sales director need? A comprehensive perspective of sales performance, pipeline, dashboards and reporting. All of that is at your fingertips with Mria CRM. This is one of the things I love most about being a former sales manager myself. The biggest advantage for me is simple: you get a full-featured CRM without leaving Jira. If you are already using Jira at your firm and searching for a CRM solution that integrates seamlessly with the existing Atlassian environment, then Mria CRM should be at the top of your list.

Mria CRM brings sales and delivery together in Jira. We can now manage leads, deals and follow-ups alongside client work, without introducing another tool for the team to adopt at our marketing agency. Simple to set up, easy to use, and a great fit for small teams already working in Jira.

We've been looking for a CRM that works naturally within Jira instead of forcing the team to jump between multiple platforms, and Mria CRM does a really good job of filling that gap. What stood out was how seamlessly it fits into existing Jira workflows, making it easier to keep track of customer relationships, requests, and projects all in one place. The interface wasn't cluncky and adoption was straightforward. Also having customer data directly connected to our Jira work has improved visibility across the team.
