Know what to move before you hit the limit

One scan shows how much storage attachments take, what can be moved now, and when your site reaches its plan limit, with and without moving. Add your user count to see what Premium would cost instead.

Move a whole project, checked file by file

Pick a project from the list of those with the most to move, or hand-pick files on a project page. Right before a file moves it is checked again, and a file used in a description or comment stays in Jira.

Every moved file stays with its work item

Add the Storage Saver panel to a work item to see the files moved from it, download one, or restore it to Jira as an attachment. Files stay in app storage hosted by Atlassian.

Jira Cloud Standard caps file storage at 250 GB, and only a bigger plan raises the cap. Storage Saver moves large, old attachments into app storage hosted by Atlassian, which doesn't count toward the cap.

A file leaves Jira only after its copy is verified, so a failure costs space, never a file.
