More details
Works on Jira Cloud. No API key, no organization ID and no outside connection: the app runs on Atlassian Forge and sends nothing outside Atlassian. It is read-only and never changes, suspends or removes an account. It keeps only an account ID, the date of each person's latest activity and a status, plus an optional keep mark with a reason from a fixed list. It never keeps names, email addresses or issue text. A Jira administrator installs and opens it. The first scan reads the last year of issue history, newest first, so a large site can take a day or more. Until then accounts show as unknown, not stale. It measures activity, not logins, so treat the list as accounts to review. Language: English. All data can be deleted with one button.
