This release extends sensitive-data redaction to the Jira issue summary.
Recognised secrets — credentials, API keys and tokens, private keys,
payment-card/IBAN and government-ID numbers — pasted into an issue summary are
now stripped before the summary is sent to the AI and before a page is
published, the same protection the description, comments, and linked-issue
context already had. Redaction remains pattern-based and best-effort, and does
not scan the contents of image attachments.
