ShiftRelay brings continuity to support teams working across time zones. Configure recurring shifts with local times, overnight schedules and daylight-saving handling. At shift close, deterministic rules collect critical work, SLA risk, customer replies and ongoing issues into a prioritized handover. Every item explains why it was included. The incoming team can acknowledge the handover, review history and see handover context on Jira issues. Historical snapshots preserve the transferred context, while Jira permissions control what each viewer can see. Configure priority and SLA thresholds, issue selection and 30, 90, 180 or 365-day retention. Built on Atlassian Forge, with no external transfer of Jira content. One plan includes all features. Requires Jira Service Management; interface and documentation are in English. This is a continuity tool, not an emergency paging service.
