Strategy Hub: Free OKRs, Goals, KPIs & Strategy Planning

A very polished app. It allows you to model your strategy hierarchy however you want (nested, flat, recurrent - as you wish), offers plenty of configuration options, automatically tracks goals based on the progress of linked issues, gives you a big-picture view of which objectives are at risk, and so on. It's clear that this app was built from scratch with the Forge platform in mind. I was worried that the UI/UX might be clunky, but surprisingly, the overall experience was much smoother and more intuitive than I expected. Forge also has its benefits - out of professional curiosity (I'm a former Atlassian plugins developer) I've attempted to blindly exploit a few potential security weaknesses, but the Forge architecture prevented all of them. And if you ever decide to migrate to another solution, there will be no exit costs: you can export all your strategy-related data to JSON/CSV directly from the app UI.

Took Strategy Hub for a test drive with some sample goals and I'm impressed - this looks like it could finally give our strategy a real home inside Jira instead of scattered docs and decks. Setup took minutes, the UI feels native, and I like that it supports multiple strategy frameworks instead of forcing one on you. Haven't rolled it out to the whole org yet, but nothing I've tried so far has hit a wall. Definitely one to watch - planning to pilot it with our leadership team next quarter.
