Spectra - Easy Interactive Dashboards & Charts for Jira

Simply and easy to use dashboards and charts for Jira. The interactive filters are really useful. Having cycle time and time in status built in saves a lot of time. Works well. Good price.

Been trialing Spectra on our Jira instance for a few weeks — really like the concept and the widget/filter setup is clean and intuitive. A few issues worth flagging before we'd rely on it for reporting: 1. **% Done gauge widget shows wrong numbers.** Saw it display 3,732%, then 60.4%, then 53,527% with no consistent filter change — sometimes it shifted just from opening a filter dropdown. Since the gauge is scaled 0–100%, these all render as a full arc regardless, which makes the underlying number pretty untrustworthy. 2. **Chart scaling breaks with outliers.** In "By status" and "Open by status," one bar (50,000+) dwarfs the rest, squashing smaller categories into invisible slivers. "By assignee" has overlapping angled labels that are illegible. "Issue type to Status" clips its top data label (33,918) at the chart boundary. 3. **Widget titles truncate with no way to see the full text** — e.g. "Issue type x Priority (g…)," "Created over time (dril…)" — and hovering doesn't show a tooltip, so you have to open the expand view just to find out what a widget actually is. 4. **Dark mode makes widget titles unreadable.** When Jira is set to dark mode, the widget title text doesn't adjust contrast and becomes very hard to read. 5. **No loading state between dashboard tabs** — widgets show blank white boxes for a couple seconds with no spinner/skeleton, which reads as broken on a slower connection. Would love to see the % Done bug fixed and some polish on labels/dark mode — this could be a really strong dashboard tool otherwise.

  Quick update: we've gone through the review and repaired all of the issues you flagged — the % Done gauge miscalculation, chart scaling with outliers, truncated widget titles with no tooltip, dark mode contrast on titles, and the missing loading state between dashboard tabs. Everything should now behave correctly.
