Formine Workflow with Jira Expressions

Installed the app to add a workflow validator that makes the subcategory (child field) of a cascading field also mandatory. This cannot be achieved with basic Jira functionality (only parent field). It did exactly what I wanted.

The application works very well. It is especially great that servicedesk forms can be attached from within the workflow without using an automation source, and that they can be reopened. In this way, the forms that the customer needs to fill in at the desired step can be sent without any problems. Very well thought out :) Thanks.
