The OSLC Connector for Jira Cloud extends Jira with OSLC capabilities to enable seamless cross-tool traceability. It implements the OSLC Change Management (CM) domain and, with Xray, the Quality Management (QM) domain, supporting fully bi-directional linking.

A delegated search and selection UI allows intuitive link creation, while a preview UI provides contextual insights for any issue type. The connector integrates with IBM ELM applications, including DOORS Next, ETM, EWM, and Rhapsody (RMM), and supports Global Configuration Management with context-based link resolution.

It enables backlink discovery via OSLC Query and exposes changes through a TRS feed for indexing and reporting.

As part of the Smartfacts ecosystem, it connects with tools such as Codebeamer, DOORS 9.x, Jama Connect, Teamcenter, Octane, PREEvision, and via the Smartfacts Platform with Enterprise Architect, Cameo Systems Modeler, and MATLAB.
