Portal Suite Extension for JSM - Public SLA is part of Portal Suite Extension for JSM. It brings Jira Service Management SLA metrics to the customer portal so requesters see clear status, progress, and time information for the SLAs you choose to publish.
For project admins: open Project settings → Apps → Public SLA. Discover SLA metrics for your service space, turn on “Show on portal,” optionally limit visibility with JQL, pick how dates and times display (absolute dates, due-date style, time remaining/elapsed, or match JSM SLA settings), and save. Each JSM service project has its own configuration.
For portal customers: open a request and use the SLA panel to view enabled metrics and refresh when needed. Portal users do not need a Jira license to see the panel.
Language support: English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Chinese (UI follows portal locale where available).
