Key highlights of the appBring your ServiceNow CMDB into Jira Service Management Assets, dependencies included
More details
Organisations that run ServiceNow as their CMDB and Jira Service Management as their service desk end up maintaining the same asset list twice, or going without asset data in Jira at all. Manual exports capture a moment in time, lose the relationships between records, and nobody repeats them.
This app makes the copy continuous. Choose the ServiceNow tables, fields and records you want; they are imported into Assets and kept current on your schedule, deletions included. Relationships come across too, so each object knows what it depends on and you can trace impact instead of reading a flat list.
Because Atlassian prices Assets per object, scope control is built in: filter to what you need, preview the object count before anything is imported, and dependencies you didn't select arrive as lightweight placeholders instead of full records.
Read-only on ServiceNow. Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge inside your own site: no middleware, no vendor servers.

- Details
Initial public release.
Sync configuration items from your ServiceNow CMDB into Jira Service Management Assets and keep them current automatically.
Guided setup: connect a read-only ServiceNow account, start from ready-made presets, then refine tables, fields and filters before importing.
Dependencies included: records arrive linked to what they depend on, so you can trace impact instead of reading a flat list.
Object count preview: see the projected object count before importing. Unselected dependencies become lightweight placeholders.
Continuous sync: daily, hourly or every few minutes, with optional instant updates. Records deleted in ServiceNow are removed from Assets, so the copy never drifts.
Built for scale: large imports run in the background, survive interruption and resume where they left off.
Health dashboard: what is syncing, when it last ran, how many objects exist, and clear warnings when something needs attention.
