Register canary issues your rules touch on every run - hourly to weekly. Beating means the canary was touched within its interval; overdue shows hours past due; unreadable is fail-closed and never green.
Honest by design
The signal is the issue’s last-update time: it shows activity, not proof a specific rule ran, and the page says so. The app schedules nothing and sends no mails - the heartbeat is recomputed on every visit.
Admin-gated, minimal footprint
Up to 15 canaries per project, validated server-side and admin-gated. The app stores only a label and the expected beat per canary - no issue data, no account ids, running entirely on Atlassian Forge.
