How it works:
- Edit the four default feedback forms or create your own.
- Choose fields and whether users are required to fill them in.
- Choose whether to review feedback prior to automatic Jira task creation.
- View feedback submissions in a separate tab and filter by status, date, and reference.
- Generate reports on total submissions, submissions by status, and submissions by form.
- Export feedback data to CSV or Excel for deeper analysis.
